1-day workshop · first intake

Setting Up Your Own
Agentic AI OS

Turn your laptop into a real AI development machine — your own personal assistant and your whole workforce. Built straight from your terminal, just like a developer would, without reading a single line of code.

  • Wed 1 Jul 2026
  • 10am – 5pm
  • Common Ground, KL
  • Free
  • 6 seats

You'll walk away with

  • Your own Agentic AI OS — persistent memory that learns how you work and builds its own tools
  • A configured Claude Code workstation, set up and running on your laptop
  • Your first real project scaffolded, styled, and pushed to your GitHub
  • Your Claude Max subscription set up and running
  • The workflow to pick any project back up with a single command

The differentiator: you don't leave with notes. You leave with a working development machine that remembers what you built today. Type one command on Monday morning and it picks up exactly where you stopped.

What you'll get hands-on with

01 Full-stack web development with AI
02 Driving AI straight from your Mac or PC terminal
03 A setup that learns how you work and gets sharper every session
04 Skills, agents, CLIs, and MCPs — and how they fit together
05 Using GitHub like a pro

The day, hour by hour

  1. 10:00

Welcome + say what you want to build

The WAT framework. You describe your project in plain words — we shape it to fit the day.

  2. 11:00

Install party I — your machine becomes a dev machine

Terminal, Node, git, GitHub. By the end of the hour your laptop talks to the tools developers use.

  3. 12:30

    Lunch

    Coffee, food, breathe. On us.

  4. 13:00

Install party II — Claude Code + your Agentic OS

Install Claude Code and the code:zero OS: persistent memory that remembers your project between sessions.

  5. 14:00

Connect your tools + scaffold your project

Wire up MCP servers, then build your project from a blank folder and make your first commit.

  6. 15:00

Make it look good + close the loop

The screenshot-to-design loop, then the session-close ritual. Walk away knowing how to resume anytime.

By the end of the day your machine is configured, your project is scaffolded and styled and running, and everything is committed and pushed to your own GitHub — with your OS holding the memory of it all.

What you need

  • A laptop (Mac or Windows) and your charger
  • A Claude Max subscription (USD $100/mo) — we set it up together in the morning, and you can cancel anytime
  • No coding experience needed. Coffee and snacks are on us.
